Snatch: 70% x 1, 73% x 1, 75% x 1, 78% x 1, 80% x 1, 83% x 1, 85% x 1 
B:
Clean and Jerk: 70% x 1, 73% x 1, 75% x 1, 78% x 1, 80% x 1, 83% x 1, 85% x 1 
C:
Back Squat:  77% x 2 x 4 sets
