WOD:
Row 100,200,300,400
Med ball clean and jerk 9,7,5,3.
Rest 3 min
Pullup 7-1
Hspu 1-7
rest 3 min
Then as fast as possible complete 50 shoulder touches.

actually 12:01 was tomorrow wod time. the time was roughly around 12 min. i am late on these post....
