I hear them all the time. You do too...Why is it that excuses are so widely accepted. At San Francisco Crossfit we have an excuse board. The rules to this board is that once that excuse is writen no one, we mean no one can use that excuse again. But day in and day out I hear another yet lame A## excuse on why "we" have to do a certain workout or why "i" have not stretched out. So starting todayif I hear an excuse it will be 50 of something. I wont even mention," why the excuse". Randomly it will be 50 burpees or 50situp or even 50 fence runs.. Here is a video of someone who does not have any excuses to get to his goal.....Chains!
