Fighting to be "Clean"

Ever think about how to efficiently lift something up to your chest... safely? How about a power clean. The clean refers to the lifter explosively pulling weight from the floor to the racked position. A power clean is caught when the thighs are horizontal or above parallel compared to a squat clean where the clean is caught with the thighs at or below parallel. Watch Roops attempts to lift the weight "clean".
