3-position Snatch: 70% x 4 sets (high hang, knee, floor)

Snatch push press: 75% x 5 x 4 sets ( re-set each rep)

Front Squat: 70% x 2 x 12 sets - Do this on the minute

Snatch pull: 90% (of snatch) x 7 x 4 sets
