P.Snatch 2 reps:
Adding by 5%: start at 50% and end at 80% x 4

C:
Push Press 70% 5 x 5

work on skils and or any make up shiz

1st exercise:

10 min amrap:
5 pullups
10 pushups
1 snatch @ 135#/95#. In round 2 complete 2 snatch, in round 3 complete
3 snatch, etc...
< 75lbs x 6 rounds in 10min >

2nd exercise:

OHS 15,12,9 at the best weight you can do.
65x12, 75x9, 85x6

3rd exercise:

Push Press 70% 5 x 5. Based on 135# 1RM.
95x5x4.
